Each WaveSync unit carries a two year warrantee and a 3 month buy-back guarantee (Normal pre-conditions are valid). There is no risk. If one wants to try the WaveSync out for one of the ailments mentioned on the Application page and is not satisfied with the results, Rife Health will buy it back.
 
There is no financial risk or health related side-effects, just a honest instrument to safely apply the latest medical breakthroughs in resonance therapy.

hereby order a WaveSync Resonator. I declare that I have studied the information on the WaveSync Resonator and I am satisfied that this is the product that I require.

I understand that although the WaveSync RESONATOR conforms to Drs Rife and Crane’s specifications of a square wave generator, it is not a registered as a “medical device”. As the WaveSync RESONATOR does not emit radiation (as supported by its CE  EN 61000-4-3 certification) it is therefor not registered with the South African Department of Health’s Radiation’s Department as a potentially dangerous medical instrument.  

I do understand that the WaveSync Resonator is the mobile version of the Wave Resonator (see www.wave.co.za) that has the following European Union’s safety certifications for medical devices :

EN 60601-1-2:2001            (Safety requirements for medical electrical systems)

EN 55011                              (Scientific and Medical Radio-Frequency Equipment)

and that the WaveSync RESONATOR has passed all its relevant tests and therefore complies with type BF safety requirements. The WaveSync RESONATOR is safe for human and animal use and is NOT a radioactive medical device and that each unit is custom made. 

I also acknowledge that although the WaveSync RESONATOR is a full functional frequency generator and is thus able to generate frequencies that are applied in the health and beauty studies, it is not intended to replace the use of a qualified health care professional and that the distributors or their agents are by law not permitted to make any health or medical claims.  

I do however understand that if I am not satisfied with the product I may return it within 14 days to Rife Health in the same condition that I have received it for a full refund minus R300 shipping and handling fee.  I may also return the product after 12 weeks for a refund equal to the price paid, minus R650 per month for cost of use, shipping and handling. 

I do also understand that the WaveSync RESONATOR instrument has a 2-year warantee on workmanship and parts.  Its accessories, such as the charger and cables have a 3-month guarantee. I do understand that my order depends on availability, but should take not more than 10 working days to deliver.  If for some reason I want it to be delivered sooner I shall specifically request so.
